 Health & Safety Policy 

ATSS strongly believes and commits to the safety and security of its  employees and associates at work place. As company policy, ATSS will provide and maintain safe working environment with adequate welfare

facilities, provision of information, training and instruction

to enable work to be performed safely and efficiently and also provide necessary personal protective equipment and safety devices. It is fundamental to have a robust and efficient health and safety policy in place irrespective of customers' business size and sector.  

 

The objective of the health and safety policy is to minimize accidents or situations which might endanger the health, safety or welfare of any and all persons in connection with the company business. ATSS acknowledges its overall responsibility to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable the health & Safety and welfare at work for its employees. It will only be possible for the Company to comply with these obligations if both its employees and any clients or other affected third parties understand that they are under a duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and any others who may be affected by their acts or omissions. This includes working to the Company’s rules, following safe systems of work, using appropriate personal protective equipment and drawing any matters

of concern to the attention of the management. Any and all equipment provided by the Company is to be kept in good working order and should only be used for the purpose for which they were intended. Any defects in equipment should be reported to the management at the earliest opportunity. All employees should familiarize themselves with the procedures to be followed in the event of a fire or similar emergency at the premises where they are

working.

Any incident which results in an injury must be reported in writing to the management. Any employee found, or suspected to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be suspended and subject to the Company’s disciplinary procedures. Smoking is prohibited at all times during the working day.
